My car was recently in a accident 2 days before christmas. Gina went above and beyond to help me. I called everyday for like a week over questions I had, as well as clarification on the claim because I was just so confused. Once everything was said and done I did have to come out of pocket for a out of town tow put Paul ensured he would reimburse me for the troubles which he did. They made everything so smooth for me and I can't thank them enough for this. I even had to bring Gina some flowers because she truly didn't know how much stress she relieved from me during this whole ordeal and of course to meet the face behind the voice I spoke to for a lil over a week. If I could give zero stars I would. John Paulin is a terrible agent. He lied regarding a life insurance policy and took advantage of vulnerable people who just lost both of their parents. John Paulin will take advantage of you, lie to you and he loves mansplaining.

Yesterday I received an email out of the blue from Gina, reaching out to me to tell me that if I bundled my car and house insurance with State Farm I would save some money. I ended up saving over $50 a month, that's over $600 a year savings. Gina went out of her way, to help me save some money. She is very knowledgeable and professional about insurance and I appreciated her help. Money is tight for many people and saving over $600 a year is a great bonus. How this place has such high ratings I'll never know. Typical bait and switch insurance with never ending rising rates. Ridiculous flat deductible for minimal damage that I could get fixed much cheaper. Over $1500 a year for insurance. I have one minor traffic infraction from over 15 years ago. No speeding tickets. Nothing. $1500 to not even want to use my insurance. USA USA USA!
