Had insurance through them for years, went to pay my car insurance and they tell me THAT day that my insurance will not be renewed and it ENDS that day. They get notices about your late payments but not when the insurance company wants to drop you? Unacceptable! Would never go back there.

Christina's responsiveness and her skill at making the transfer to Erie Insurance thru the Hussar agency is the reason for 5 star review. A slow response to getting a call back or a quote would have caused me to try another agency. My theory is than no or slow response time in trying to give a company my business must be non existent if your ever needing to file a claim or other issues. She did not disappoint and is a very valuable asset to this agency.

I had a great experience with Kathi at Hussar Insurance. After a terrible experience with Geico, Kathi was able to get me on a home owners policy that saved me $300 a year! And she was able to move my auto over to a company with the same rates. She was quick to respond to phone calls and emails. The Office Manager, Doug, was so friendly and helpful! And I always enjoy talking to John. He has a wonderful team of people at Hussar Insurance!

Hussar Insurance is a great local agency...the team is amazing. I met with John several times, he always seams to have availability for people. He has a great selection of carriers and I feel because they are not part of one of those giant companies with weird animal representation, he has a lot more flexibility for his customers. It is so worth it to call his office and see what they can do for you. I give Hussar Insurance a "Highly Recommend" rating.
