Edward Valdes: Allstate Insurance

Disclaimer: I never had to file a claim. Ed was great to deal with and is a super nice guy. I highly recommend him as an insurance agent- he is responsive and always willing to help review anything you want. 5/5 stars for Ed. I am switching insurance companies because Allstate decided that since I didn't drive enough that my rates should go up, despite no tickets, no accidents, no claims. It's the most backwards logic I've ever heard. Unfortunately that is out of Ed's control, and as a result he is losing a customer. Reward safe driving and you'll keep the customers you want.

Ed is an extremely responsive agent. He always gets back to me right away when there's a question, and he never has a problem calling upstairs to get an answer or to get an explanation when Allstate makes an unrequested change to my coverage, which happens a couple of times a year.
