I would give zero stars if I could. Never reviewed my policies with me to see if I had the right type of coverage, and when I switched agents the new agent saved my over $450 a year on auto insurance with the same exact insurance carrier and exact same coverage. They clearly only care about their fees, not their customers. I had been a client for probably 10+ years.

I deal with Robin on a weekly (almost daily) basis to obtain insurance policies on homes owned by individuals who have passed and my office represents the Administrator of the estate. She is a pleasure to work with and beyond helpful! She goes above and beyond to get these policies for us, including ones where we don't know if we can even get them insured. I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you for everything Robin!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had coverage as a student with Haylor as the contact. I much would have much preferred to handle it myself. I only needed two months of coverage for myself and my partner due to a waiting period in a new job. I submitted letters of termination and initiation to Haylor, and received the wrong refund amount. This was supposed to be settled in Dec 2020. I am STILL communicating with them about when the proper coverage was supposed to occur. I am out over $1000 paying for coverage that is useless to me, since I was covered through my employer. Way to treat a student, especially during covid. Never using health insurance again if it is managed by Haylor. I'm still in the process of trying to receive the proper refund.

Robin at HF&C has been very helpful to me and my family for our insurance needs over the years. Great service and peace of mind, highly recommended!
