Dan Puglisi - State Farm Insurance Agent

Horrible customer service. Being double billed from them and my new better insurance company because they pretend they don’t know you cancelled policy over phone. Been billed for August September October November after canceling. Secretary plays dumb “Sir Im just the secretary” Then office manager flips script ad if she believes I wanted to keep being billed until further notice. Stay Away from this particular State Farm office.

Dan and his team was available to help me recover from the unexpected. I have had Dan as my Agent for over 16 years. Amazing Man and Amazing team. Knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!

I could not give less of a rating. Dan has made so many mistakes he could not answer for every month( sometimes more than monthly). I have been handing money to him hand over fist just to find out there were discrepancies and lapses where there should not have been. When my girlfriend went down in person to try to get answers she was met with condescending tones and comments. We are now with a different agent but still state farm and they can't even figure out where my money went or why my bills were so erratic. Come to find out I had a lapse 5 moths ago that he said was fixed. Keep your receipts. Statements if you still plan to go here and if you send a lady in she will be treated less than. Sorry for the rant but I could not be more unhappy and cannot do much about it.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Dan and his team. We've just recently gone through two accidents with one vehicle being totaled. Dan and his team have gone above and beyond our expectations. Well done!

This team deserves beyond five stars. It’s such a blessing to know there is a business in your life that has integrity and service beyond expectations. I will always be grateful to thes beautiful people and recommend them without hesitation to anyone I know in need of insurance.
