I will never recommend them to anyone. I used them before and had no issues. Then I called for a quote a few weeks ago. The girl took my information and said she would call me back the next day with my quote. Never got a call. I called back over a week later and got one of the guys who works there. He was super nice and apologized for his (secretary) and looked for my info on her desk. He didn't find anything. So he said he would leave her a note for her to call me the next day, in the morning. AGAIN never got a call back. So I called them and left a vm saying they lost a customer with the lack of customer service due to the girl who works in the front office. Highly disappointed in this business.

I myself am not a client of this business. My fiance, Stacy Reffner, is actually a client here. She likes them, and is so far satisfied with this company.

Went to the website to get a quote but their website doesnt offer quotes so i hit the option to request a callbto make an appointment 2 weeks ago still havent heard from them

Friendly and fast service. I have gone to them for years and they do a great job.

Best insurance anyone can ask for plus very friendly staff. But most important thing is how reasonable they are.
