Ugh this company especially the claims department is something else my vehicle was stole gave everyone all the necessary information my vehicle sat in Kansas city mo tow for a week in a half starting point June 6th 2024 10pm-11pm just made it to Topeka last Friday and my new adjustors nowhere to be found sadly so Monday no update adjustors still not available I'm not going to continue with this insurance company and if I can't get any answers by tomorrow I'm canceling my plan and getting a refund pay 700 for full coverage and the pay $30 for rental and clients have to pay the remainder that's a rip off
