Shipman & Associates, Inc. American Family Insurance

I received an online quote from American Family Insurance, at the end of which was a list of local agents. I clicked on Shipman & Associates and the website sent my contact info and quote over to them. Shipman never reached out so two weeks later, I reached out to Sarah Mack Agency instead. Not five minutes later, I got a call from Shipman & Associates, mad that I had called Sarah Mack Agency instead of them, and not the least bit apologetic about leaving me hanging for two weeks on my quote. They explained that I was basically "theirs" for a month due to the online quote, and that's why they were upset that I called the other agency. Ridiculous.

I had questions/concerns Re: renewal of my homeowners insurance policy recently. Those questions prompted a call to the Shipman& Assoc. office. I feel fortunate to have reached "Bailey" - she is truly an asset to the Shipman organization. Bailey was prompt, professional and tremendously knowledgeable in her responses. She certainly exceeded my expectations recapping alternatives integral to my homeowners.

I'm a loyal customer for years. When my husband died in 2004 you helped me through it all. I'm eternally grateful. Unfortunately after an accident this year, I'm no longer driving and had to cancel my auto policy. But once again, Still an Am Fam has been awesome through it all. I have and will continue to recommend American Family Insurance.

They have been able to work things out with us so far. Finally got my car insurance reduce. It went sky high due to an accident (my one an only) and 2 speeding tickets in a three year period. Unbelievable! I am very much a senior citizen and never had this problem before. Now it’s back down to somewhat normal. Good thing we’re not poor!

For anyone that wants to know I have been with American Family for 20+ years. The great help you get when dealing with Elissa, Bailey or any of the other staff is why I stay with them. They are always friendly and quick to get back with you. They are a 10+ rating always.
