My family has been with American Family for 24 years and until recently we have had excellent service and no issues....I was told one amount for my car insurance and for the last two months the amount has been incorrect by over $40 more a month. I have talked to several ladies and all they can do is apologize to me that something was not relayed to me when I added the new car to the insurance policy. Oh and of course the office manager isn’t available that added the new car to the claim and the agent isn’t available either
