We have been with Taylor Oda's State Farm insurance for many years. It has always been a wonderful experience even in stressful situations. We were the victims of a hit and run a few years back. They were so supportive and went after the person who hit us with gusto. Recently, Christine identified an opportunity to lower our rates and successfully appealed rate increase. Can't ask for more than that.

I am entering my fourth year as a policy holder with Taylor’s State Farm agency. I currently hold Auto and Renters policies. I continually experience exceptional customer service when interacting with the staff at Taylor’s agency. The most recent example of this is when I requested all documents related to an at fault accident I had. My Auto policy was up for renewal and one of Taylor’s agents, Christina Cabello, contacted me to forewarn me that my renewed policy would include a rate increase. Christina promptly provided me with the requested documents. The information allowed me to understand the justification of the rate increase. In conclusion, the exceptional customer service and transparency allows me to remain a proud customer of Taylor’s agency.
