T G International Insurance

My experience was similar to others posting here. I presented a thoroughly documented claim showing the damage sustained to my property while in transit. Rather than doing the right thing by their customer, this company and their underwriter Aspen Insurance chose to refer to small print in their contract to avoid paying a cent. In my opinion, the shipping insurance they offer is not fit for purpose. I would ship without insurance rather than use this company or Aspen Insurance again.

Refused to honor claim, sent several rejecting letters, each for increasingly technical reasons after the prior ones were proven to be lies. Final telecon was because they disagreed with the valuation of the entire shipment, so my claim to replace my missing bbq was invalid. I had pictures and documentation of arrival in the destination country. Total fraud, don't water your money.

I would have rated this company with "zero stars" if there was such an option. Three out of nine shipped boxes got damaged. I have called, sent emails, sent photos and still no response. Not even an acknowledgement of a receipt. I am going to pursue this even further! Worse insurance company ever! Consumer, be careful!

Moved to Oklahoma and had a lot of damage. My experience was great but I also documented and took pictures while the moving company was there. The insurance paid what I asked for. So good experience for me.

Never hire this insurance, it is a rip-off. They never get back to you and of course do not take responsibility when you need them. It has been more than 3 months and they just do not care.
