I’ve been with John Kerkes as my State Farm agent for many years and he has always gone above and beyond to help provide excellent service for me and my family. I’ve used John for homeowners and auto. I’ve also asked him some other personal questions which he was more than happy to help answer for me. I am very happy with this company and my agent John Kerkes. He is always available to answer my questions and takes the time to explain completely. I was so disgusted with Auto Club but thought it was the best bundle deal around. John gave me a great deal and was able to increase my coverage in my auto and home with saving me money to boot. If you are thinking about switching, I highly recommend John and State Farm, I even sent my mom to them and she was very pleased at her savings.

Switched insurance companies to State Farm for my home and vehicles after they opened up an office in San Juan. They reviewed my old policy and explained what changes I should make to better protect myself. The staff at this office is knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. Customer service is key and this team has it. John got me better coverage at a cheaper price. No brainer. Highly recommend at least requesting a quote from John.

John is great. I have been insured at this office for years after he took over for a retiring agent. John is sharp, friendly, detailed, always calls back, and is personally available to help you. John is the standard by which all insurance agents should be measured, and his staff is good too. I say that as someone who has worked in the same industry for years. Well done, great office.

Best insurance company I've had. Everyone in John's office has been tremendously helpful and friendly with every interaction. I'm always impressed they know what policies I have without having to give them my last name or policy number, and they're on top of things so I don't have to be. For example, we had a payment card about to expire (we are enrolled in auto pay) and they called me before the card expired to get the new number. Insurance companies I've had in the past let the card expire, didn't contact me, and cancelled my policy before finally letting me know my payment didn't process. I'm working on transitioning all our insurance policies to this office, I've been so happy with the service. Easy to get a hold of, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to get my needs met.
