Always on it. Left them once…major regrets going with State Farm. Jeremy and the king of all service run companies, Tony, are the only organization we refer. All of our clients. All of our friends. All for the payment of great service for all of us. They educate us and answer their phones. The keep their word and theirs never any funny business. It totally beyond legit. I wish I could will anyone that reads this to change to them because when you need them, it’s too late if your with a different insurance agency. They can Handel anything it appears and their business insurance focus rocks.

Tony and his staff have provided my business and my family with all our insurance needs for over 25 years! They are the best. I had been with this cockroach insurance broker for some 2 years, but my Loyalty ends now. Always SLOW to respond, in fact when their slacker Insurance Co "Safeco" sent us a notice of Home Insurance "Non Renewal", using some Photoshopped fake pictures of our roof covered in a thick green color (faked) and claimed our 22 year old Concrete Tile roof was covered with "Moss", instead of these Clowns at Insurance Solutions being on OUR SIDE (the Client), they were on the side of liars Safeco. I took a picture of our home's tile roof today and sent it, stating, Where's all that deep Green "Moss"??? There ISN'T ANY!! Rocio Morales has been my insurance broker for the last few years and she's done everything a great broker should do. She is very communicative; responding to emails and phone calls quickly. When I make changes, she would go the extra mile to secure us the best rates. I've been an Insurance Solutions customer for well over a decade and I don't see that changing in the foreseeable future.

My husband and I have been with Insurance Solutions for well over 20 years! The staff is very friendly and down to earth, but super professional at the same time and very knowledgeable about the product. We have been working with Rocio now for many years and she is wonderful! A pleasure to deal with. She has a lot of patience and explains the different options in a way that is very easy to understand. We have now moved out of state and am sad to say that I had to procure insurance elsewhere.
