Been with Shawn Camp Progressive insurance over 25 years, but not no more. Amy has been very rude and unprofessional on many occasions. She’s hard to talk to and work with. My daughter heard our conversation on the phone and she got so upset at the way Amy was talking to me. Very hateful. I do not recommend this Insurance Company

Shawn and Amy have always been nice and respectful to me and have always handled my needs with a nice and professional manner. I have been with them for 16 yrs and for the few people that gave a bad review, I'm sorry for your experience but y'all must've been intolerable to have had any sort of bad anything with this company. As i've stated before, great people, honest, helpful and always professional🤠👍

Very good experience. I got a really low rate after searching for almost a week. I found progressive Shawn camp was my insurance agent very nice man.

They are very friendly and helpful, although my policy is an on-the-line account they helped me figure it out, I'm definitely going to go through them next time

My husband spoke to Amy on Monday, he was in search of help concerning the Insurance that was sold to us through Shawn Camp. Amy way very rude to my husband, I was driving and could hear her raise her voice at Him and tell him he should have read his Insurance policy! among other things she said( we have done this and were looking for clarity) I am very disappointed with the unprofessional way Amy handled my husband, I don't know her motive for behaving that way, but it was uncalled for and it saddened us because after we spend our money with this company we were no longer important to them , disrespected and disregarded.
