We were greeted politely. But then a change in the HUD-1 had happened. We needed more funds to close. The customer rep said it was needed for interest. But I didn't understand so I asked for more clarification. Then she explained that it was because our closing date was extended. But the extra funds were needed for taxes. Which as a buyer we were getting a credit for. So that didn't make sense either. So the rep was getting upset with me at this point because I wanted a clear explanation of why I needed more funds to close. After the rep left us in the meeting room for 15 min....
