Brand Financial Services: Allstate Insurance

Proactive!!!! Always calls me when I have a change to my insurance which is appreciated because sometimes the changes are small and I wouldn't probably notice. MY coverage is great. If you are shopping for insurance based off price and not coverage you are doing it wrong. The best insurance will not be the cheapest 9 out of 10 times. Do yourself and my family a favor and get yourself covered properly with Allstate.

The female I spoke with was very Rude & unprofessional! Asked her several times is this Allstate & she keep saying yes but we're with Brand something, because I wanted a quote. Then she transferred me to the owner; asked for a quote & he explained it's better to go through an Allstate agent, so why are they advertising as Allstate. Their customer service SUCKS! And yes u can keep my name up thete!

When the news letters for my campus came; noting they will need proof of insurance for all renters, I right away started checking with agencies that provide renters insurance online and calling them. I went to Allstate's site online and the minute I saw they were right here where I live, I thought...home taking care of home, that piqued my interest and as I looked at the choices in coverage, it just sold itself. I did call and spoke with an agent too and he was very pleasant, professional,cordial, a people-person gentleman. I could get the coverage I need for a price that I am able to pay and I am so very happy with the decision. After talking with other agencies Allstate was a no brainer for me. Another plus and the biggest is ...I can choose the method of payment which is very important

I requested copies of my insurance cards, and asked questions about my insurance rates. I received superior customer service.

Customer service is very unprofessional! I get transferred countless times, or I'm hung up on. I regret going to Allstate overall because they decline everything. Just a negative experience all around!
