The local Benson office staff is great. My family and I appreciate the excellent service and coverage we have through Farm Bureau!

I have insurance through Gabe Norris. I live in Wilmington NC. My family and I have been effected by hurricane Florence. We have extensive yard damage, water damage, and black mold growing. My husband, children, and I are still living in these conditions. I filed a claim on September 21, 2018. Was told I would hear back from them.. NOTHING. I called back September 26, 2018 I was told they would get right on it I would hear back. NOTHING. I called back October 2, 2018. I was told again they would get right on it. NOTHING. October 3, 2018 I called the Farm bureau hub in Raleigh, NC after looking into it they let me know that Gabe Norris's office never filed anything until October 2, 2018.
