Was with the agency for about 6 months. Great opening act. Sound very sincere and are on top of everything...until the moment you become a client. Had to ask for things multiple times, people don't call you back, pass the buck, and excuses. Having a hard time understanding why the agency has such a high rating because their client service is terrible.
