2nd edit: still no one has reached out. Edit: now we are back to no reply to voicemails. Original review: I got insurance through Mr. Hardison in Angier. I could call or go to the office and speak with him and considered him a friend. When he retired, I was transferred to this agency. I do not feel any kind of connection or friendship from them. I have made requests for information twice now to not even get a call back. I believe I will be looking to take my business elsewhere, hopefully somewhere I am a person and not a number. Edit: you have all my information, it seems like you would want to give me a call, but getting back to people doesn't seem like something your office does.

I was told they would get back in a few minutes.24 hours later no response. I would hate to think this was a claim.

Barefoots has been our agency since they opened many years ago! They are always friendly and eager to help! Would definitely recommend!!
