In the past it would easily have been given 5 stars. I've dealt with Ms. Cheryl Sizemore for almost 15 years with top notch customer service. I even work at a car dealership and would refer customers to her. Ever since it became "insurance of the Carolinas" I never get Cheryl or even the same person when I call or make a payment.
