Matt Graham - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm for many years. I recently moved to the area and wanted an agent that was not very far away. My previous home was in Fabius. My agent was in Cazenovia. I now live in Mattydale. I have never had service that was so great 👍👍. I love my new agent,Matt Graham. The whole team there is amazing. You will never have to worry about anything.

I would give negative star if possible. Received the worst customer service from this office, especially from Matt himself. Several times he scheduled phone appointments but never called. When I called the office, I was told not available so I moved my 11 accounts to another agency while shopping for another insurance provider. I rather give my money to someone who will have courtesy to pick up the phone when needed. Like A Bad Neighbor, State Farm Is There To Ruin Your Day!! *Reply to Matt's "oh this is so unexpected" "i am so surprised" comment/reply....... Always a great experience with Matt and Daniel at this office! Quick response, informative to my needs and recommending policies that would be beneficial but not super pushy and aggressive. Will continue doing business and highly recommend!

I am writing this review for how Dan helped me out so much with my insurance and just the experience alone was just hands down amazing. He was so helpful and was willing to get to the main problem to resolve . Anytime I have called he has picked up or called me back immediately. I am just happy that I found a place that has helped me but also shows care towards there customers . You guys rock !!! Also they are very personable !! Give them a shout !!

Dan did an amazing job getting us the best rate and coverage. Definitely talk to Dan Ware when looking for insurance
