After attempting to file a claim, weeks go by with no contact. I'm driving around with a damaged car. They refuse to call back and their call center is incredibly horrible

These guys are terrible. Have a claim, they are totally avoiding paying it, stopped returning phone calls. A valet at one of their clients hotels cracked up our car and they are now dodging us! Do not do business with them. I am contacting the University.

This company is absolutely terrible !! I got hurt in July last year and was off for 2 weeks and a day. The adjuster literally called me the Friday I was already back to work. Should have been cut and dry but the fine people of this company never sent me my check. Everytime I sent an email the response was the same " is this the correct address " for the 8th time, yes. I finally filed the correct forms for a missing check trial and won and after 8 months I finally got a check. This company is most likely the one most employers go to when they want cheap rates and zero response time. Most likely explains why the company preferred is employees to work hurt rather than go through the insurance. Your customer service representatives are rude. I have been jerked around 37 times trying to get to a resolution of my checks being “lost in the mail”. Always pointing the finger at someone else to blame instead of coming to a resolution. But look at their reviews??? They don’t care.

33 days after my injury and I’m still out of work with nothing. Every time I talk to the WC lady, she claims to be working on my case but obviously isn’t. Very bad attitude and very rude every time we’re talking. Told me the accident didn’t look so bad on video, I shouldn’t be as hurt as I am, even with the hospital records showing injury and the police report, along with the guy who hit me in jail for attempted vehicle manslaughter. (I’m a repossession agent). Don’t even understand how this company is still open, or how it even has a 2 star rating.
