My insurance policy incorrectly lists my vehicle as a hybrid, even though it is a 6-cylinder gas vehicle. Hybrids are 4-cylinder, so this is not a gray area or a matter of opinion — it’s a basic factual error. Hybrid vehicles are typically more expensive to insure, which makes this mistake even more concerning. I contacted the broker to have it corrected, expecting an easy fix, but they refused to update it and left the incorrect information on my policy. This experience has seriously lowered my confidence in their accuracy and customer service.

Everyone that works there is very nice and respectful. They are knowledgeable about making sure my insurance needs have been met.

The company that I have is one of the oldest in New York State and B&B went out of their way to sign me up with this company! I was scammed and lost everything, and when I went back to my former insurance company, the monthly payment had gone up more than 80% because of being without insurance for almost 2 years. I am on Social Security and if it wasn't for B&B, I wouldn't be able to pay for insurance. B&B is awesome!
