Transamerica needs a refresher in their policies and classifications for risk. First off, determining health via weight is about 75 years outdated. Athletes and muscular people are classified as obese by a skinny-fat person doing your assessment that couldn’t run around the block. Also, putting someone that does nicotine pouches in the same bucket as a smoker is about the most absurd thing I have ever heard. If you’re going to do that you need to be able to link nicotine to adverse side effects, disease, or illness, not just assume since it’s one of the ingredients in cigarettes it equates to the same risk. There’s a million other absurd comparisons that could be made if we use that logic applied.
