I have been using Jerry since I got married, it's been around 17 years now. Always great service and quick quotes on new vehicles, adding new policies etc. Super friendly employees that always have the answer. 11/2025: Had to edit this. Even after all these years my review still stands! I love that I'm able to accomplish most if not all my insurance needs easily via text and email! Tara, you truly are wonderful and AMAZING at your job! Thank you so much for all your help! Jerry and Linda are absolutely lucky to have you on their team!

I have had a great experience with this State Farm—and that has not been the case with the insurance companies I’ve had in the past. They are professional, friendly and have the lowest rates. The best thing about them (in addition to their rates of course) is the personal attention—they’re easy to reach, return calls and emails right away, and they know who I am. You aren’t just another policyholder. Highly recommend!

Until you total your car you just never know how gracious and helpful State Farm can be . Tara , my wonderful gift of an agent is the best in the business and the only person I refer all to her. Not only did she take care of getting the claim numbers and helping to facilitate a rental car and so much more …. Numbers to tow companies . She explained everything since I have NEVER had an accident . I was so scared and still having sone problems but I’m a very lucky and grateful single mother. Above and beyond . She deserves a Bonus. Her kindness and knowledge is the most important thing in customer service. My son now uses her. I highly recommend not to look anywhere else but this huntingdon valley office with Tara. Absolute worst State Farm office. They’re impossible to get in touch with and no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Nearly doubled my insurance policy without reason and I can’t even get in touch with anyone to figure out why. Please don’t waste your time and seek out a different agency company that will actually communicate with their customers. This agency is a joke.

I switched over to this office back in February after I was quoted a better rate. I'm now with this office paying more with no help anytime I call. There excuse everytime is "covid 19" is affecting corporate, I've been having an issue with the price since February before everything in the US was shut down. Still calling with no resolution into my problem. Highly recommend avoiding this office unless you like overpaying for car insurance.
