Laura Terra: Allstate Insurance

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Allstate insurance agent Laura Tera. The company’s tagline, “You’re in good hands,” clearly doesn’t apply to everyone—dealing with this agency feels more like navigating shark-infested waters. To summarize, I was promised lower payments, yet my bill unexpectedly doubled. When I reached out for an explanation, I was met with silence. After multiple failed attempts to get answers from the agency, I finally contacted Allstate directly, obtained the necessary information, and paid my February bill. I also arranged to pay my March bill by the 28th. Yet, despite this, my policy was canceled by the 25th. Lara & Val are both Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Kind & Caring. They both made this a personal experience & did not make me feel like I was just another account number.

I would not recommend obtaining insurance from this agency as Laura is not supportive to her clients as well as very intrusive. She does not advocate to support you in the time of need for a claim and she can be rude. I have been a client for a few years and whenever I needed support with a claim Laura was very ill-mannered and inconsiderate in times of need. I am happy to have moved forward to a different insurance company that is supportive, responsive and more affordable for my needs.

This is a great company and office to do business with. Laura and her team are responsive to your questions and insurance needs. I feel that she has always gone the extra mile to be sure that I'm satisfied with the insurance products and the service. You'd be wise to consider this agency.

Laura Terra and her staff are the best in the business. Laura was going out for surgery and still answered my call and fixed the issue I had with my motorcycle insurance. They are my company forever. Thank you for the great customer service.
