I recently had an accident and Stacy Cross at State Farm Champions Gate was outstanding providing me ALL information I needed, The repair sources provided specifically Jarret Gordon Ford was a true 5 STAR service from the time I dropped off the vehicle, to when I picked it up, the customer service throughout the process and even the final clean-up of vehicle is the BEST I ever experienced!

I am consistently impressed and amazed by the folks in this office. Other insurers can be difficult to deal with, but State Farm, and this office, are never difficult at all - and I have a complicated insurance situation. Yet, they handle it with ease, and without complaint. I get a great rate, too.

The staff is undoubtedly very friendly, but they consistently lock the doors more than 30 minutes early from their listed close time. They're choosing not to work the final hour, but I bet they still get paid for it. That's fraud to their employer.

Grace was a huge help in getting our car insurance set up fast. We were waiting 5 to 7 days for a policy from other companies and she got us a policy in 10 minuets that was also a much lower rate!

Amanda was great, We were referred to her by a friend and she help was quick to help. She gave us a great customer experience and saved us money! Thanks Amanda !
