I want to begin by stating and clarifying that I took some time to write my review because I was waiting to finalize each of the cases I was handling professionally with Champion Claims. My cases were fully recovered, as one was open with another company that apparently disappeared, leaving me destitute. Mr. Gregoriadis offered his services without any obligation, indicating that there was a possibility of salvaging each step and process of my claim. Nevertheless, I opened my home to him, and in a very professional manner, along with the entire office staff, they advised me step by step, process by process, assisted me, and represented me at all times before the insurance company, which, in most cases, doesn't respond easily, since I assure you they always want to maximize their profit. I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering doing business with Champion Claims and especially with an individual named Esteban Gregoriadis. My mother hired him after he came to our family business asking for help. She is the type of person who always wants to give others a chance and he took advantage of that kindness. He presented himself as someone trustworthy and even went as far as love bombing her to gain her confidence. He told us not to contact our insurance company and insisted that he had his own people who would handle everything. That was our first mistake and it only got worse from there. Months passed and only about sixty to seventy percent of the work was ever completed. After that he completely disappeared. No updates. No returned calls. No messages. No acc

❌ WARNING: DO NOT TRUST CHAMPIONS CLAIM! I was referred to Esteban at Champions Claim after a hurricane damaged my home. The most visible damage was to the flooring, so I contacted them for assistance in making a claim. As the process went on, the roof and other areas were also identified as damaged. However, Champions Claim never included the flooring in the claim at first. Instead, Miguel and Laura repeatedly pressured me to sign documents without properly explaining them. When I told them that I would not sign anything unless they included the flooring, only then did they finally add it to the claim. 🚨 Lack of Transparency & Manipulative Behavior Esteban repeatedly told me not to communicate with the insurance company and instead direct all questions to him. A very serious and transparent company. At all times, I was informed step by step of what I needed to do. Highly qualified professionals, especially public adjuster Esteban Gregoriadis, supported me throughout the process, advised me throughout the process, and helped me understand how to submit all the information I needed to the insurance company. I highly recommend them. I've known them for a long time.
