I've been with State Farm for over 8 years. I called in recently to get an understanding of the inner workings of my plan. This is something I've tried doing in the past, a few times, but admittedly it went over my head for various reasons. This time I spoke with Amanda. She repeated, rephrased my policy, and how my insurance worked until I felt comfortable, with neverending patience and exceptional customer service.
