Zac Cullen: Allstate Insurance

Been with Allstate for years. I initially was with Trish Nichols and she was great. Trying to get ahold of Zac Cullen has been difficult... I have left messages, and if I am lucky I will get a response days later. I recently sold my house and attempted to call them, left voicemail and never heard anything back. So I had to revise my policy on their website with an agent through chat. My car insurance has also gone up substantially with zero claims. I cancelled my car policy (through their website) and am now saving close to $700 on a 6 month policy with Progressive.

Just had a great experience with Rhorke Richey @ Allstate Insurance company @ the Zac Cullen Agency located at 6321 N Maple St in Spokane WA. I had been with another major insurance firm for over 25 years. The last 2 years they raised my homeowner's insurance by 50% each year. I was able to switch both my auto & homeowners' insurances to Allstate & saved over &1500/year! Thank you Rhorke for all of your help & the incredible savings! This office has been a joke to work with. Got an exterior home evaluation completed in March. I’ve called into this office at least 4-5 times since the evaluation was completed so I can understand what we need to complete. Not one phone call has been returned although I keep getting lip service that I will be called back before the end of the day. Just got off the phone less than 20 minutes ago and was told Ruai would be calling me in five minutes. No phone call so I called them back at 4:55 and no one answers. So I can’t speak to anyone about the exterior home eval to understand exactly what needs to be completed with fire mitigation before my renewal and if I don’t do what they have asked they drop my home insurance. I’m not sure if they understand that I don’t need them like they need c

Four phone calls and no responses. Had a guy hit my trailer he told me I needed to take off it myself. Been with this office for nearly 40 years. This guys is horrible. I have nearly left Allstate because of his horrific lack of support to my family and me. I so miss Trish Nichols and Steve Wilson. Because you won’t answer the phone. ZAC CULLEN. YOUR FIRED!

Impossible to get help from Allstate. Worst insurance company I ever worked with. Zac is unable to help or do anything. DO NOT USE ALLSTATE!!
