With rising insurance costs, one might wonder... What if I need it?Well, recently I backed into a lawn care truck that snuck into my neighbors area- and protruding about 2-3 feet into my driveway.... But- still totally my fault, as I backed into it- causing -amazingly- 7400$ dollars worth of damage to my car. State Farm claims worked quickly, seamlessly, reserved rental car at Enterprise, and in a day- car taken to Gerber-also super user friendly- informative updates, progress reports, and will pick up the finished vehicle this Friday...3.5 weeks from incident to finished..... not bad IMO. very happy with resolution on all fronts...Claims to finished pickup.. Cheers to support from State farm- and GerberCollision for responsive fix. Bill McRoberts
