I took the day off work booking other appointments and was canceled. The receptionist has poor memory and cannot figure out how my first appointment was not on their schedule she remembered that I was supposed to be on it! I need verifications to provide on Friday and canceled last minute! Poor customer service!!! 0 stars!!! If you don’t have anxiety you will in this office!!!

Donna is knowledgeable, kind, and an expert at what she does. She handles BeWell and Medicaid, and helps expand access to both.

Donna passed me along without even speaking to me about what my needs are. The receptionist scheduled me for an over the phone appointment with Bernadette, who kept having personal issues and kept rescheduling. Then I confirmed an appointment again and was never called for my over the phone appointment. When I called to find out what happened, the receptionist then told me they couldn’t do over the phone and wouldn’t be able to meet with me for another few days. I’m not sure why this wasn’t told to me the first five times I talked to her, confirming over the phone appointments. They wasted a whole month of my time with back and forth calls with rescheduling. I don’t know what word to use to describe them other than “flakey.”

Had been my insurance broker for years. We'd talk once a year or so, whenever my insurance needs change. When my insurance provider pulled out of the state, they sent letters (they say, I never received anything) and then just assumed I had gone somewhere else for my insurance needs. No emails, no calls, nothing. I sent a few unanswered emails when I heard about the provider leaving, but at that point the enrollment period had passed. Health insurance is too important for a company to be this bad at communication.
