My husband and I Have been with State Farm and never had problems until corporate State Farm reassigned us to an agent that lacked experience, expertise, and most of all customer service. Thank goodness for Paul Gallegos, State Farm agent. We met with him to discuss our concerns and the pricing of our coverage and he was able to get us the coverage we needed for a competitive price. We were so happy they treated us like family, Night and day compared to our last agent who never made herself available or answer Our calls!! Christine was so wonderful! She was was so helpful and informal! She listened to my personal story I shared about a Horrible accident I was in and why I wanted to find a different Ins. Company. A lot of people don't realize how important it is to have ins. I have always only had liability. Till now! I explained my financial situation to her and I received way more coverage than just liability for way less than what I paid before with my other insurance!
