The Young Agency ad Associates LLC American Family has one of the best agents I have ever worked with in my 50+ years of having insurance coverage for my house and car. If it were not for Javi Egea-Incognito I would not still have insurance through this agency. Javi cares, listens, and acts--all for the good of the customer. He became my agent after my emails were not being answered by a previous agent, and he has treated me kindly and supportively in every way. If he leaves this agency, I will follow him.

Very hard to get through to this agency. Each time you call in, employees are different since most usually work from home. One employee, Diane, was very capable and customer friendly.

After being loyal customers of American Family for over 50 years insuring multiple homes and vehicles, we were extraordinarily dismayed when the renewal on our primary residence demonstrated a 63% increase. No claims had been filed. A phone conversation ensued, with outcome being a general “oh well” attitude. Wee will be sorry to sever our ties after so many years.
