I rarely if ever do reviews so it should tell you, the reader that Robin does such an incredible job, that I am willing to write one. From the first time talking to her, I could tell that I as a customer was not going to be another number on a spreadsheet. She didn't try to upsell me on anything and answered all my questions when it came to insuring my car and making sure it is protected. Beyond that, Robin took the time to get to know me. She took genuine interest in my life and my hobbies (99% of which revolve around cars and my car). I feel confident that should anything ever happen, Robin will stand in the gap and ensure that everything is taken care of. As I said, I don't feel like I'm just a number on a spreadsheet. I look forward to many years of service with Robin.
