Here is another one for the books and a reason why I will never change to another insurance company no matter how much cheaper it may be, the around the clock support is priceless. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to reach out to Jeff to help out with something last minute and he is always there. This past Saturday my boyfriend and I took our boat out and launched it and some how my truck got stuck in park(boyfriend didn’t set E-brake). So the truck was stuck on the launch ramp with the trailer and boat in the water. We had terrible service and towing dispatch did not see roadside coverage on my truck.
