I drove all the way from bakersfield to see him due to a referral and let me tell you it was worth it! He was very fast, effecient and explained everything thoroughly! If you are looking to switch over from another company this is your guy! He handles all new insurance policies and is very busy but I can understand why! Ask for Elias if your current company is docking you around and this guy will take care of you! 5 stars!

Waited an extended time when office was practically empty. A lot of employees just standing around. Kept being told a couple of minutes , wnded up leaving after still waiting about 1 hour. Horrible customer service. Prior to that I had gone in 2 weeks before and told manager would call me to answer a question never got a call. Management staff there needs to be evaluated for customer service and how they run their office operations, having employees standing there when customers need to be helped, cross train employees.

BEWARE of the car insurance agents Manny Zamora and manager Veronica Jara offering you a quick and reliable quote. DO NOT get car insurance with AAA unless you want to give your money away. Between first mont NON-Refundable Deposit and Cancellation fee $800.00!! They lock in a quote give you the paperwork to sign and the last paper to sign is the one that says you will be charged 10% of your annual premium if you cancel before ONE year. That moment you’re about to sign, you second guess your self, but at that point you are ok with the quote and the time spent. So you sign, only to find out that they will get an underwriter only later, NEVER heard that before, IF there is a misunderstanding they will change you the premium without your consent, canceling will cost you a pretty penny. Money

I like the service is great....especially when l go to piad my license plate.. also the service for my car....I'm happy to by a member triple AAA.

Great experience everything I've gone. However this last time I received service taht really went above my expectations. Thanks Yesenia in the DMV department. She went out if her way and not just helped me.out with my DMV service. Thanks Yesenia I really appreciate it and your job doesn't go unnoticed by the customers Everyone is very fast to leave bad reviews but good reviews are great help too...
