In years past Bob Wix and his staff was very helpful and responsive to my Medicare needs. I m sorry to say now that is no longer true. I am not sure what happened, but there is someone named Gina there who I guess runs the place, but she has demonstrated to me recently that she could not care any less if I get a proper Medicare plan in place for myself or not. I will take business elsewhere!
Michelle is very knowledgeable and up to date with Medicare policies! Go see her!! Thanks
