GENA was excellent in customer service. We have had State Farm for years. Salem, which is near to us was often to far away for us since we don't always frequent Salem. We needed an agent where we work in Albany. GENA was great in assisting the transfer to a closer agent where we live, work and shop. Gena was awesome. Thank you for wonderful customer service.

I needed auto insurance TODAY. Virgil helped me do that in about 30 mins. They were thorough making sure I had the correct policy to fit my needs. It was a very personable experience in my opinion, and their rates are more than competitive. You cant go wrong. 😁

I worked with Jeremiah Yang and he was fantastic. He helped me through the difficult process of adding insurance for a recently inherited home that was in a trust. He was very kind and detailed. He responded quickly with a proposed policy and was able to take care of it all over the phone. Very convenient. Also, State Farm cost was well below the existing insurance. All around a great expericnce.
