Can I give them negative stars?! This company took my banking information from a previous policy, signed paperwork, and auto debited over $2,000 in premiums for a policy I never saw, approved, or signed. I have been fighting for 2 years to get my money back. To date, I have only received half after being extremely patient and going through all the proper channels. They have been reported to the BOI and a police report has been filed for fraud.
It's ashamed after going back and forth with them about a payment, about a year, I had to get this resolved after contacting, North Carolina department of insurance. A payment owed to me of course. Wish I could give them zero
Terrible customer service. Can never speak to a live person, and getting back to you can take 24-48 hours.
Great people and great place.
