The whole staff were super professional and very friendly and personable. I dealt mostly with Marnie over the phone after moving to Charlotte area and she was super friendly and responded to our questions very quickly and she was very attentive. Then Juan reached out and wanted to meet us and discuss all our plan options in person. We found this meeting to be very informative and helpful. We lived 8 years in another state and only met the agent once because we made the appointment, meanwhile here Juan reached out shortly after contacting them, inviting us to his office. Super nice staff

Marnie is EXCEPTIONAL!! She is extremely helpful and always takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares when you're speaking with her. Excellent customer service 100% of the time. Very easy to talk to and super responsive. Highly recommend!!!
