Not the best known insurance companies, but good prices nonetheless. Young lady from Mexico that helped me was absolutely wonderful and just a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Horrible customer service, constant pauses without explaination and when I asked why my dads insurance policy was going up every month the lady I was speaking with had no idea I waited hours and she did not call me back after she said she would to figure out what was going on. This is every time I've helped my dad pay for his insurance. I feel like they just want more money without anyone noticing, I would not recommend this insurance.

Can never get a RELIABLE rep to give you a call back. The turn around here is awful. Also they like to get your information and say they will call you back but never will. I also feel like them being short handed is also an issue . Go elsewhere! No Professionalism at this place.

For the past year this company has had an individual insured with their company WITHOUT verifying PERSONAL information for their client that does NOT LIVE at my ADDRESS. I keep getting someone mail. Do your job and verify all personal information.
