I am not very pleased with said company, been a customer for many years.If they receive their payment a few days late, they're going to zap that late fee.Whether you have issues going on or not, you know, like paying city and county and school taxes to the tune of thousands of dollars just days prior. Not able to buy food when you're struggling to put food on your table.But yet they want that late fee.It was late what? 7 days, no grace period. i did call and speak to them, but I was still denied.I then sent a letter.But what I received in the mail was an invoice. Okay, I'll pay your late fee.But at least I had an opportunity to voice myself. A lesson learned for myself when shopping for insurance.I'm going to know exactly what the grace period is.If any late fees and whatnot so I can do my

Do NOT recommend this company for homeowners' insurance! We have been without plumbing in our home for a month now! I get its holiday time but isn’t this situation an emergency and shouldn't it be addressed as so?? The adjuster that was assigned to us has neglected to give us answers or contact us further to get this situation resolved! We haven’t even lived in this house for 6 months and it’s our first claim, not a great first impression to say the least! I don’t appreciate not being able to shower or use the restroom in my own home! This is ridiculous! Really wish I had read reviews and done more research before choosing this company that was recommended by our broker. Edit: I keep getting called by the company to change my review. "No""Not Covered" & "Due to"... Are all they know how to solve any claim. They're cheap, but only if you never need to make a claim. Cannot wait to call Monday to switch house insurance.

Do NOT recommend! Our home was purchased January 4th with the insurance bought and paid for. They never did the assessment prior to issuing the policy. Then they decided to send us a cancelation notice that arrived about 2 weeks past the date on the notice, leaving us with barely 2 weeks to correct the issue or else face cancelation. The issue was corrected (or so we thought...we built a whole new back deck!) and we were never updated on whether or not they were appropriate... until we received the cancelation notice... ALSO about 2 weeks past the date it was issued. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They're online. Services are terrible. I've had them for years and they're impossible to use their online services. Nothing works right? I've tried many times. I have to call my insurance company to pay my bill, It's just crazy to me that they can't have a website easy to use like other companies. I've asked my agent to even find me a different company because I like to use online services Not pleased with their service at all and then if you show up there you have to pay cash with the exact money or a check. They have no change. It's just crazy to me not pleased with having to call my insurance company to pay my bill. You guys need to figure it out!
