Jenkins Insurance agency is a great place, the people that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. I recently had a bad experience with a new employee when turning in plates for an old vehicle, she canceled my entire policy on me even though I still had another vehicle on the policy. So, now I have a lapse and I'm not happy about it.
