Description of complaint: in 12/24/2025 my store got robbed and after the police did the investigations | called Virginia farm bureau to file a claim and after giving me hard time they paid me less than 10% what | lost because I had super high deductible but anyway over month past, they sent me a litter it said nonrenewal policy the reason was because the claim I filed. don't make a sense we call insurance when something like this happened that's why we pay a lot plus in this one they even didn't pay me fair and after dealing with non-professional agent response. they still didn't renewal my policy. if you look at them name don't even bother, this insurance 100% Scam and lack of professionalism and honesty. And they charge me already member fee even after that.and I wish I can put minus f

The VAFB parent company owns the Meadow Event Park which is a TERRIBLE NEIGHBOR to the local farming community. The After Hours Concerts are a noise nuisance, and not in alignment with Rural Preservation. They know it and they don’t care. Greed wins. County seat is in their pocket. Congratulations and enjoy counting your money while you destroy our peaceful havens, disturb our livestock and disrupt our sleep!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They own the Meadow Event Park who has been significantly disturbing our farming life style for almost 3 years with the outdoor concerts. The sleep deprivation and stress have been unimaginable. Hundreds of complaints have fallen on deaf ears. They profess to care about farmers and the farming life style but have not made any changes. My comments on their fb page have apparently been blocked.
