Fantastic local service -- especially if you've previously dealt with insurance reps at national call centers. Christina rocks! I switched my household from Erie Insurance to State Farm and immediately received incredibly improved service at a lower cost. Moving away from Erie after close to a decade was a stressful situation, but once I finally got on the phone with somebody at this local State Farm office --shoutout Christina-- just about all of that anxiety melted away. She is positive, patient, very informative and an altogether very pleasant person to deal with who is just down the road from you in Richmond, VA -- a very rare experience these days. They have all been so easy to work with and go over and beyond to meet all your expectations of great customer service! I’ve been able to talk to them by phone, text, and/or emails. They make it as convenient to work with on whatever level that you need them to work with you on. They respond fast and get things done around there. I highly recommend this agent and her team.

Christiana is honestly one of the best people I’ve ever worked with in an insurance office. She explains everything clearly, makes sure you understand your policy, and has the kind of patience that immediately puts you at ease. She’s supportive, responsive, and always available to answer questions or walk me through anything I don’t understand, even after the policy was already set up. If you’re coming to the Richmond State Farm office, ask for Christiana. She’s genuinely amazing at her job and an even better person.

I’ve been with this company for many years… since I was a teenager actually when it was under a different name. Then and now, everyone had been patient, they’re willing to work with you. My favorite part is how I can communicate through text. I’m a big texter, it’s easier for me in my busy life. Id definitely refer them to ANYONE. Some say the price may be a little high, but just like chic-fil-a… that good quality customer service and feeling of customer priority keeps you coming back! 10/10 .(I have car insurance , apartment insurance and life insurance through them.)

I just renewed my auto policy and Christina took care of most of the logistics. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, very responsive and kind. Great customer service experience overall!
