ZERO I would never use them again. The associat named Chris wouldn't answer the phone ever. Wouldn't return calls. We had a problem with the bank draft system it took our payment then mistakenly put it back in my account. I didn't notice the difference and paid other bills and when they went to withdraw the payment it was not there. Chris said it would be 1,000 dollars to reactivate account but not to worry he will take care of it. Then disappeared wouldn't return calls then I flipped my car it was14,000$ it wasn't covered now I have to file bankruptcy and no car. Then they owed me my money back cause I already paid for a month. I paid 500$ to them for the upcoming month they tried to send me 100 something back I said no I need my money they said u owe 200 back insurance I asked wh

I would rate with negative stars if I could. After trying to get my dead mother’s property insurance straight for months (following a cancellation letter due to her death), I was finally told that we could not renew the policy for our farm. I’ve been contacting this office steadily for more than 4 months and the agent had never bothered to call me back and had not returned my email correspondence until today via notice of the cancellation. Following years and years of maintaining this policy, I do not appreciate such treatment at all. Good riddance.

Excellent customer service -- Chris, our agent, is great! The entire office staff is pleasant, professional, and helpful -- a shout out to Crystal as well for her assistance. Their rates are highly competitive and it's very nice to have a local agent after being with national company for a number of years who does not have a footprint here. We strongly recommend them.

Wesley Harris is as Genuine as they come. What a pleasant experience, absolute top notch service, Mr. Harris took some time out if his schedule to treat us as if we were at home.
