I had Rebekah at State Farm and I recently had a horrible experience with GEICO and am in love with State Farm! She was so friendly and understanding and patient even though because I was frustrated with them she spoke to me as though I was not being passive aggressive but she was so wonderful and understanding! She explained everything even when I asked silly questions and help me find the most affordable coverage options!!! 10/10 would recommend everyone to State Farm and more specifically her!

My husband's car was damaged in a parking lot, and the driver left no note. I contacted our new agent and we were covered under our own policy.
