Vananh Tran - State Farm Insurance Agent

I love my experience with State Farm Insurance Agent Vananh Tran!! She has explained clearly what the car insurance I was getting! All the workers and Vananh are so friendly, helpful and kind! I find myself telling others about my experience there……. 👏👏👏👍👍

State farm is the best. I love Vananh(Tran) and Rosie.Vananh has been my Agent for years at least 7or8. She use to be across the street from my house, but she moved to a new location. But I still go to her no matter. Wouldn't change Agents ever.

Worst communication and customer service ever! I recently took over the management of my daughter's household. I reached out and let them know this, I sent them a copy of the POA as requested and followed every one of their instructions. I have asked repeatedly for assistance with online access to view the account information, file claims, etc. They continue to send me to the customer service and tech support for the website. I explained CLEARLY that I followed those instructions and that both departments deferred to them, stating that THE AGENT needed to contact them. They ignore me. I began by saying I had an urgent claim to get started. They either do not understand or do not care. I have lost my patience and will be looking for another homeowner's insurance company now.

Worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I called several time and left the message but never returned my call. I had to cancel my policy with them. When I called them few days later to send me the proof of cancellation, they said they can't mail me the cancellation letter , I told them to e-mail me the information, they said they can't e-mail the information. I finally Called the cooperative office and they took care of it. I don't recommend anyone to buy insurance from Vananh Tran agent.
