James Chantry: Allstate Insurance

James & his brother have always been transparent and great to work with. I have gone through them for the last 8yrs for car and renters insurance they are great. Today for the first time, I had to talk to Rhonda or Rodney the woman who works there and I would say she’s very unprofessional, the way she talked to me was coming of as if she was undermining my knowledge. I understand some don't understand insurance but you can talk to people in a more helpful way for those that needed.

Tim Muenzenberger is an amazing insurance agent! He totally gets what you need and works hard to make sure you get the best deal. Seriously, he found us the most affordable coverage without sacrificing anything we needed. But what really stood out was how friendly and patient he was. No question was too small, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. It felt like talking to a friend who genuinely cared about helping us out. Overall, Tim rocks! If you want an insurance agent who's both knowledgeable and super nice, he's your guy.

James and this Allstate branch have been exceptional! They were able to get me the lowest rates out of all the major insurance companies without compromising my coverage. They have also worked with me after hours to ensure I had coverage prior to purchasing a car! You won’t find a better deal or better customer service. They’re the best!

James Chantry is the real deal! He knows his stuff, he’s professional, responds quickly, and makes sure I’m getting the best deals. Don’t look any further! If I could give 10 stars I would.
